2. Booking & Payments

• A signed contract and retainer fee are required to secure your wedding date.

• The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date before your wedding.

• Retainer fees are non-refundable as they secure our availability for your event.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

• All images and videos are the property of Darrell Cassell Photography.

• Clients receive a personal use license, allowing them to print, share, and enjoy their images.

• Commercial use, resale, or re-editing of images without permission is prohibited.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.

• Cancellations made within [30] days of the wedding may forfiet your retainer fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client is responsible for securing necessary permissions at venues.

• We are not liable for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, venue restrictions, or timeline delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth experience, our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged files after final delivery.

7. Website Use

• Unauthorized use of website content, including images, text, and branding, is prohibited.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
